degree in Economics from Bangalore University and
a post graduate diploma in HR. He is also pursuing
an MBA from Symbiosis University, Pune. |

| Govind has been a secondary
school teacher and a principal for many years prior
to joining Akshara Foundation. He currently manages
the programmes in the Raichur, Koppal and Bellary
districts. He has a degree in Arts and Education. |

| Shridhar has worked
as an assistant director in BVV’s Rural Development
Foundation. He currently manages the rural programmes
